Update on accessing our services

Thank you for your patience while we resolve online payment issues. We are now able to take payments for most exams, courses and membership renewals. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will keep this page updated with the latest information.

Applying for the MRCS Part A September diet (deadline 1 July)

We are continuing to take applications for the MRCS Part A exam in September through an alternative booking form: Register for the MRCS Part A exam in September 2026

Please fill out your application ahead of the deadline at 5pm UK time on Wednesday 1 July.

Once you have registered your interest in the exam, we will follow up via email with a payment link by Thursday 2 July. You must complete payment by Sunday 5 July to secure your place.

Applying for the MRCS Part B exam in Trivandrum, India (original deadline 29 June)

We have extended the booking deadline for this exam to 5pm (UK time) on 6 July 2026. Applications for this exam are now open.

Please apply for any other exams through the relevant exam booking page as usual.

Starting or renewing your membership subscription

We are now taking membership subscription payments. We will be in touch with members who are due to renew via email.

Exam results

You will receive your exam results via email as usual. 

Course certificates, transactions and order history 

If you see errors when trying to access your online account, please get in touch via email.

Conducting course administration as an RCS England Course Coordinator (RCC)

RCC administration and transactions are now available through our website as usual. If you experience any errors, please contact education@rcseng.ac.uk.

Issues with previous payments

If you believe that payment has been taken from your account but you have not received confirmation of your booking, please contact digital@rcseng.ac.uk.
